As part of the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Foundational Supports, Brightside ABA Services is offering the following workshop free of charge.

Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
This workshop will focus on teaching parents the four steps involved in the Behaviour Skills Training model, which is a highly effective strategy used for teaching all types of new skills. Caregivers will be taught how to use the steps to increase skills such as conversation and social skills, as well as how to use it when coaching other caregivers on ABA strategies. Other strategies that will assist in increasing skills will be covered, such as defining behaviour, choosing a replacement behaviour, and prompting.
