This workshop is designed to provide a general overview of strategies for parents of children and youth displaying school refusal issues. This workshop will review causes, typical behaviours associated with, and tips and strategies around possible causes behind these school refusal behaviours. Additionally, the instructor will provide an example of what a transition to school plan could look like. This workshop will be providing a generalized view of school refusal issues and will not target child specific examples.
